Change a user’s password

Note: This functionality is deprecated since Ironwood version, and now must be done as an SSH task.

Passwords can only be changed by superusers.

1. Log into [platform url]/admin. This is the Django Admin panel.

   

2. From Auth, click Users.

3. Click on the user for whom you’d like to change the password.

4. Click “this form” in the Password section.

   

5. Enter the new password twice and click “Change Password”.
